Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related discipline such as Architecture, Interior Design, Corporate Real Estate or Facilities Management.
• Experience leading space planning, occupancy planning and real estate project delivery.
• Strong client-facing and executive-level presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define immediate and long-term goals for occupancy management, utilization analysis and reporting.
• Maintain a strong partnership with the client organization and leadership.
• Develop strategic vision for space planning and real estate strategy across programs.
• Lead a team of Occupancy Planners to create scenarios and long-term planning.
• Monitor workplace trends and refresh client strategies for future ways of working.
• Ensure all deliverables meet SLA and KPI requirements and align with client standards.
• Collaborate with facilities, project management and client leadership for alignment.
• Develop planning proposals, site assessments and utilization metrics.
• Oversee relocations, restacks, renovations and consolidations.
