Qualifications

• 4–5+ years in a senior technical position (Software Developer, SRE, Performance/Systems Engineer).
• Deep debugging and troubleshooting expertise.
• Proficiency with Go is a plus.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Linux.

Responsibilities

• Take deep dives into complex customer issues, reproduce in sandbox environments (including under load).
• Work closely with the development team to resolve identified problems.
• Create and develop internal tooling to improve observability and automation.
• Develop internal monitoring, runbooks, dashboards, and guides.
• Handle problem management: root cause analysis and long-term solutions.
