Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Telemetry Engineer to design, implement, and manage enterprise observability platforms that deliver actionable insights via metrics, logs, traces, and alerting in a 100% remote U.S. environment.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with modern observability tools, SRE practices, and monitoring solutions for large-scale cloud environments, along with 6+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SRE, Platform Engineering, or Observability.
• Strong experience with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and Datadog, New Relic, or Splunk.
• Proficiency in Go, Python, or Java.
• Experience with distributed tracing, structured logging, Linux, containers, and CI/CD.
• Strong understanding of SRE principles, SLOs, and incident management.
