Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience.
• 8+ years in software/platform engineering or related roles.
• Hands-on observability experience with MELT stack and OpenTelemetry.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate observability capabilities at scale.
• Engineer Telemetry pipelines and Observability-as-Code modules.
• Coach teams and advocate for reliable, cost-aware architectures.
