Responsibilities

• Design and ship end-to-end capability for metrics, logs, traces, and events across regions and environments.
• Run observability as an internal product with published interfaces and SLOs.
• Drive instrumentation with OpenTelemetry and shared libraries.
• Engineer telemetry pipelines at scale with high-volume collection and tiered retention.
• Connect the observability toolchain with CI/CD, incident mgmt, and ticketing.
