Qualifications

• 5+ years operating large-scale cloud/hybrid platforms with reliability and incident-management focus.
• 3+ years leading enterprise-wide engineering initiatives across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering, operations, and evolution of the enterprise Observability Data Platform.
• Own platform reliability, scalability, availability, performance, and health.
• Oversee telemetry ingestion, observability data services, and platform capabilities for monitoring and analytics.
• Define and execute platform strategy and roadmap with key stakeholders.
• Drive automation, efficiency, performance optimization, and service improvements.
