Fuse3 Solutions in Tulsa, OK seeks a Senior Systems Analyst to design, implement, and optimize enterprise observability solutions across infrastructure, applications, and cloud platforms. You will lead efforts to improve monitoring, dashboards, and alerting to increase operational visibility.

The role may be filled at Systems Analyst II or III level based on experience and technical capabilities, with responsibilities spanning cross-functional collaboration and proactive monitoring improvements.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of enterprise IT experience with a focus on observability, monitoring, or infrastructure operations.
• Proficiency with two or more monitoring platforms (e.g., Dynatrace, Grafana, SCOM, OpsView, Venafi).
• Experience with scripting, automation, and API-based integrations.
• Strong understanding of metrics, logs, traces, events, system performance, and event management.
• Experience developing dashboards, alerts, and service health monitoring solutions.
• Knowledge of infrastructure technologies including networking, operating systems, virtualization, storage, and cloud platforms.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, and optimize monitoring and observability solutions across infrastructure, applications, cloud platforms, and services.
• Improve telemetry collection, alerting, event correlation, dashboards, and system health monitoring.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, application support, and operations teams to identify and resolve monitoring gaps.
• Analyze complex incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement proactive monitoring improvements.
• Develop automation and integrations using PowerShell, Python, Ansible, and APIs.
• Establish monitoring standards, technical documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures.
• Mentor technical team members and promote consistent observability practices.
• Define monitoring and alerting requirements for new technologies and infrastructure projects.
