Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of enterprise IT experience with a focus on observability, monitoring, or infrastructure operations.
• Proficiency with two or more monitoring platforms (e.g., Dynatrace, Grafana, SCOM, OpsView, Venafi).
• Experience with scripting, automation, and API-based integrations.
• Strong understanding of metrics, logs, traces, events, system performance, and event management.
• Experience developing dashboards, alerts, and service health monitoring solutions.
• Knowledge of infrastructure technologies including networking, operating systems, virtualization, storage, and cloud platforms.

Position Overview

Fuse3 Solutions is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to design, implement, and optimize enterprise observability solutions across infrastructure, applications, cloud platforms, and critical technology environments. This role focuses on improving system monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and operational visibility to help organizations identify and resolve issues more efficiently.

The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, collaborate with cross-functional IT teams, and develop monitoring strategies that improve system reliability and performance. The position may be filled at either the Systems Analyst II or Systems Analyst III level, depending on the selected candidate's experience, qualifications, and technical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize monitoring and observability solutions across infrastructure, applications, cloud platforms, and services.

• Improve telemetry collection, alerting, event correlation, dashboards, and system health monitoring.

Requirements

• Familiarity with ITIL processes, incident management, change management, ServiceNow, and CMDB integration.

• Experience monitoring operational technology or other critical systems.

• Ability to mentor technical staff, lead initiatives, and collaborate across multiple teams.

• A proactive problem-solver who can balance immediate operational needs with long-term monitoring strategy and continuous improvement.
