Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 6+ years of related technical experience.
• Expert in observability with hands-on tooling and automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain observability and alerting platforms.
• Practice detection engineering with appropriate coverage for failures.
• Improve signal quality and reduce noise in production alerts.
• Own telemetry cost and governance; monitor ingestion and query volumes.
• Build and maintain automation; manage observability config in code.
• Collaborate with developers and platform teams to align observability with goals.
• Provide technical leadership and enablement; support incident management.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate upgrades.
• Develop, document, and maintain observability processes and response procedures.
