Job summary

NTT DATA North America is seeking a Senior Technical Analyst to enhance reporting, AI automation, and native mobile observability for a regulated enterprise environment. You will translate monitoring data into actionable insights, build scalable tooling, and lead sessions with mobile engineers and leadership.

The role involves creating dashboards, leveraging Glassbox APIs, and delivering documentation and runbooks to improve operational hygiene.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in tech roles spanning analytics, reporting, platform engineering, or technical programs.
• Experience turning requirements into reports, dashboards, and insights.
• Fluency with native mobile architecture and SDK integration.
• Strong scripting (Python, shell) for automations.
• Hands-on REST/JSON data consumption and visualization.
• Ability to bridge business and engineering; present findings to leaders.
• Independent worker; navigate access, tooling, and AI policies.

Responsibilities

• Create reports and dashboards using Glassbox and external visualizations.
• Translate session-level signals into actionable narratives for leaders.
• Develop self-serve reporting models and reusable playbooks.
• Build AI and automation tooling to reduce routine work.
• Configure and troubleshoot Glassbox instrumentation in native apps.
• Document procedures, runbooks, and standards.
• Collaborate with mobile platform engineers during design reviews.
