Qualifications

• 5+ years in tech roles spanning analytics or reporting in regulated environments.
• 5+ years translating requirements into reports and dashboards using observability/analytics platforms.
• 5+ years working fluently with native mobile architectures (iOS/Android) and SDKs; collaborating with mobile teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate monitoring data into actionable narratives for senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Build automated reporting models and reusable playbooks to reduce ad-hoc analytics.
• Extend platform value with Glassbox APIs and AI tooling for internal workflows.
