Job Summary

The Senior Technical Analyst will support reporting and insights, AI and automation, and native mobile application observability across enterprise digital experience monitoring platforms. The role will translate monitoring data into actionable insights, develop scalable tooling and automation, investigate mobile application session anomalies, and collaborate with business stakeholders and platform engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and develop reports and dashboards using observability and analytics platforms.
• Translate session-level monitoring data into clear, actionable insights and narratives for stakeholders and leadership.
• Develop self-service reporting models, reusable playbooks, and scalable analytics processes to reduce ad-hoc reporting requirements.
• Build automation and tooling around monitoring platforms to reduce routine work and improve insight delivery.
• Leverage platform APIs and advanced capabilities to extend monitoring and analytics functionality.
• Apply Generative AI tools to internal workflows to improve efficiency and automate technical processes within applicable enterprise policies.
• Develop compliant approaches for using AI tooling within controlled enterprise environments.
• Investigate native mobile application session anomalies, crashes, and data capture issues.
• Configure and troubleshoot Glassbox SDK instrumentation in native iOS and Android applications.
• Collaborate with mobile platform engineering teams on custom event design, governance reviews, and redundancy assessments.
• Review existing platform implementations, identify opportunities for improvement, and enhance operational processes.
• Develop and maintain procedures, runbooks, standards, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with monitoring platform vendors to troubleshoot platform issues, address feature gaps, and evaluate roadmap capabilities.
• Provide support for web and native monitoring implementation activities as required.
• Contribute to team-wide AI adoption through demonstrations, knowledge sharing, and documentation of effective patterns.
• Present technical findings and recommendations to business and technology stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in technology roles involving analytics and reporting, platform engineering, technical product work, or technical program work.
• 5+ years of experience translating business and technology requirements into reports, dashboards, and actionable insights using observability or analytics platforms.
• 5+ years of experience working with native mobile architecture across iOS and/or Android, including SDK integration patterns, application lifecycle, and crash investigation.
• 5+ years of experience with scripting and technical tooling using Python, shell scripting, or equivalent technologies.
• Experience building automation, integrating APIs, and developing reusable technical utilities.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with REST APIs and JSON, including consuming, transforming, and surfacing data through reports, dashboards, and downstream tools.
• Experience working as a technical liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Ability to conduct technical discussions with mobile engineering teams and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
• Strong technical documentation skills, including procedures, runbooks, and operational standards.
• Ability to independently manage assignments, resolve technical issues, and navigate enterprise access, tooling, approval, and governance processes.
