• 5–8 years in technology roles spanning analytics and reporting, platform engineering, or technical product/work.

Responsibilities

• Reporting, Dashboards, and Insight Generation: gather requirements and produce reports/dashboards; narrate insights for senior leaders; build self-serve models.
• AI and Automation Tooling: build automations/tools around monitoring, extend platform value with APIs, apply GenAI to workflows.
• Native Mobile Session Investigation: investigate native app sessions, troubleshoot instrumentation, discuss designs with mobile teams.
• Operational Excellence: review implementations, document procedures/runbooks, coordinate with Glassbox vendor.
• Cross-Team Support: support Glassbox web/native work and share AI patterns.
