Job summary

The Chronicle Of Higher Education, Inc. seeks a Senior Ultrasound Tech OB/GYN to perform advanced 2D imaging, including anatomy scans, fetal echocardiograms, and Doppler studies.

The role requires heavy patient interaction and collaboration with maternal‑fetal medicine specialists in a clinic setting. Ideal candidates hold an RDMS OB/GYN credential, 2+ years of OB/GYN ultrasound experience, and an accredited sonography degree.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a medical or related field from an accredited two‑year college or technical school.
• RDMS registry in OB/GYN.
• At least two years of OB/GYN ultrasound experience, or one year from a certified ultrasound program.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced 2D ultrasound imaging, including first/second trimester anatomy scans and Doppler studies.
• Evaluate high‑risk pregnancies and identify fetal anomalies.
• Assist in invasive procedures such as amniocentesis or PUBS and cervical checks.
• Communicate findings to physicians and maintain patient records.
• Ensure patient comfort during high‑stakes exams and coordinate with MFM specialists.
