Job summary

Electric Power Engineers in Austin, Texas, seeks a Senior Manager of Financial Operations to transform end-to-end Order-to-Cash, including invoicing, credit, collections, and cash application.

Lead cross-functional change, partnering with Sales, Operations, and Finance to improve cash flow, working capital, and customer experience; leverage AI and automation to drive accuracy and speed.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years in financial operations, AR, or order-to-cash management roles.
• Demonstrated track record of transforming and scaling O2C functions using systems and data.
• Experience operating in cross-functional, matrixed environments.
• Strong expertise across: Billing & invoicing; Credit & collections; Working capital optimization.

Responsibilities

• Transform the end-to-end O2C lifecycle from contract setup to cash application.
• Identify and eliminate inefficiencies impacting billing accuracy, speed, and cash conversion.
• Lead operating model changes aligning Finance, Sales, and Operations workflows.
• Drive scalable, automated, and standardized processes across the revenue lifecycle.
• Own and improve DSO, DTI, and cash collections metrics.
• Partner with treasury to forecast cash collections and identify risk early.
