Job summary

LangChain is seeking a senior Order Operations professional in the US to own end-to-end order-to-cash processes, including booking, provisioning, invoicing, amendments, and renewals. You will manage usage-based billing, metering, and revenue recognition while driving automation across Salesforce, Metronome, and Rillet.

Collaboration with Deal Strategy and Enterprise Engineering is essential. You will also own the automation roadmap, ensure month-end accuracy, and push for scalable, auditable

Qualifications

• 6+ years in order management, order-to-cash, billing ops, or revenue ops in a B2B SaaS company.
• Hands-on fluency with a modern billing/ERP stack (Salesforce, Metronome, Rillet).
• Experience with usage-based pricing and month-end close, ASC 606 knowledge.
• Ability to automate processes and build alignment across teams.
• Proven track record of automating your own job and driving scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the order-to-cash path end to end from intake to renewals.
• Build cloud marketplace ops across AWS, GCP, Azure, with private offers.
• Own self-serve billing operations: metering, plan changes, credits, rebates.
• Ensure month-end billing and revenue recognition accuracy across systems.
• Collaborate with Deal Strategy and Product on pricing and terms.
• Set and execute the automation roadmap; decide what to automate.
• Ship automations and partner with GTM Systems and Enterprise Engineering.
• Create playbooks, controls, and audit-ready reconciliations.
• Drive three metrics: touchless order rate, cycle time, and billing accuracy.
