Job summary

Management Performance Associates seeks a Head Programmer/CNC Programmer in Austin, TX onsite. The role requires 5+ years of Siemens NX CAM experience, strong 5-axis CNC programming skills, and the ability to lead a CAD-to-CAM team.

US work eligibility is required, with relocation package offered. The candidate will develop programming standards, train staff, and handle complex aerospace/defense parts using titanium, Inconel, and aluminum.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years experience in Siemens NX CAM or related field.
• Experience leading CAD-to-CAM teams is a plus.
• Experience with 5-axis CNC programming in aerospace/defense environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CAD-to-CAM team and build programming standards.
• Program complex aerospace/defense parts yourself.
• Train programmers and define internal processes.
• Build probing stacks for lights-out production.
