Qualifications

• Root-cause NVH issues on prototypes and validate countermeasures.
• Familiar with NVH test methodologies and independent test planning.
• Strong subjective evaluation and data correlation to measurements.
• Experience fabricating countermeasures on prototype vehicles.
• 5+ years in automotive repair or prototype build; capable of repairs and part swaps.
• Good understanding of EV systems and safety; organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and develop NVH countermeasures across full vehicle levels.
• Plan and install NVH instrumentation; configure data acquisition and capture data.
• Conduct road, track, and facility NVH evaluations with subjective assessments.
• Partner with engineering to enable rapid build-test-learn cycles.
• Maintain and improve NVH instrumentation, tooling, and procedures.
• Perform repairs, part changes, and inspections on development vehicles.
