Job summary

Groupe SEGULA Technologies SA (old) is seeking an NVH Engineer to support vehicle, system, and component noise, vibration, and sound quality performance across programs. The role blends hands-on testing with program-level delivery from early development through production.

You will conduct NVH testing, analyze data, prepare technical summaries, and collaborate with Design, CAE, Manufacturing, and Suppliers to root-cause and implement solutions while pursuing continuous improvement in efficiency,

Qualifications

• Experience in NVH development, validation, and integration across vehicle programs.
• Ability to conduct NVH testing, data post-processing, and subjective evaluations.
• Familiarity with NVH standards, test documentation, and reporting conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Support NVH development, validation, and integration at vehicle, system, and component levels.
• Conduct and support NVH testing including test prep, data acquisition, and post-processing.
• Interpret requests and requirements to ensure proper test execution and documentation.
• Analyze NVH data and provide technical summaries, conclusions, and recommendations.
• Support NVH assessments across operating conditions (powertrain, road, wind, interior).
• Track program NVH performance relative to targets with issue tracking and actions.
• Collaborate with Design, CAE, Manufacturing, and Suppliers to identify root causes and implement NVH solutions.
• Assist benchmarking, standardized testing, and NVH target-setting activities.
• Prepare technical presentations and summaries for program and management reviews.
• Work with technicians and engineers during vehicle test and development activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
