Responsibilities

• Establish and manage NVH attribute targets, cascading vehicle-level performance to system and component levels.
• Coordinate NVH workstreams from program kickoff to serial production, accounting for cross-functional impacts on NVH performance.
• Establish metrics and maintain a NVH Scorecard to track project health.
• Create NVH packaging guidelines for interior/exterior acoustics, damping, baffles, and sealing strategies and ensure NVH requirements are integrated into next‑generation vehicles.
