Job summary

You Thrive Florida seeks a Program Support role to assist the Program Manager in overseeing nutritionally balanced meals, nutrition education, and risk screenings for Floridians 60+. Services are delivered at dining facilities, senior centers, and community hubs across Hernando, Sumter, Lake, or Polk counties.

The role requires an Associate’s Degree in Human Services (or related) and at least 1 year working with the elder population.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
• 1 year experience with elder population preferred.
• Valid Florida driver’s license and insurance are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees client records including assessments and eligibility determinations.
• Maintains client records and data entry in relevant databases.
• Coordinates and trains meal site staff/volunteers in health and safety standards.
