Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved/accredited nursing program with an ADN; BSN preferred.
• RN licensure in Texas upon hire; BLS certification upon hire.
• Minimum 5 years of general nursing experience, plus 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and teaches staff specialized nursing skills in oncology trials.
• Manages daily patient care services and supervises nursing staff.
• Assesses and improves delivery of care and adherence to standards.
• Develops patient care standards and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Facilitates group processes and staff meetings to enhance teamwork.
