Job summary

Texas Oncology is seeking a Clinical RN Supervisor to join our Plano team. You will coordinate nursing functions and patient care, ensure adequate staffing, and support high-quality oncology services in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

The role requires a BSN preferred, RN license, 5+ years as an RN with 3+ years in oncology, and leadership experience. CPR certification is required; oncology certification is a plus. Join us to advance care and mentor your team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with RN license.
• BSN or MSN preferred.
• Minimum 5 years actively practicing as an RN, including at least 3 years in oncology.
• 1 year of leadership experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Current or pending oncology certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Oversight of nursing operations and patient care.
• Ensure adequate staffing/FTEs for assigned clinics.
• Maintain staffing and operating costs within budget.
• Ensure clinical operations align with organizational objectives.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and quality assurance measures.
• Mentor/preceptor for nursing staff and assist with evaluations.
• Other duties as assigned.
