Job summary

Park Nicollet Health Services is seeking a Nursing Project Manager, Senior, to serve as a clinical leader across HealthPartners. The role focuses on advancing nursing practice, coordinating complex patient care, and driving evidence‑based improvements to care quality and outcomes.

The position emphasizes leadership in education, mentorship, and cross‑disciplinary collaboration, with responsibilities to develop guidelines, protocols, and work standards that support safe, effective care delivery.

Qualifications

• RN license in MN or WI; 2nd RN license within 30 days of hire
• BSN required; completion of accredited nursing program
• Three years of clinical nursing experience; three years of leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex patient care across units.
• Lead evidence‑based nursing initiatives and guideline development.
• Provide expert consultation and foster interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Develop tools: clinical guidelines, protocols, standing orders, work standards.
• Lead quality improvement efforts and embed evidence into practice through committees.
