Job summary

HealthPartners Park Nicollet is seeking a Nursing Project Manager, Senior to serve as a clinical leader across nursing practice. This role requires advanced clinical expertise, evidence-based practice, education, mentorship, consultation, and change leadership to improve patient care and outcomes.

You will coordinate complex patient care, lead quality initiatives, develop clinical guidelines and standing orders, and drive interdisciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• RN license in Minnesota or Wisconsin on hire; must obtain second RN license within 30 days.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing; three years clinical nursing experience; three years leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex patient care and lead evidence-based initiatives.
• Provide expert consultation and foster interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Develop clinical guidelines, protocols, standing orders, and work standards.
• Lead quality improvement efforts and embed evidence into practice through committees and workgroups.
