Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a skilled registered nurse supervisor to oversee clinical and non-clinical services, ensuring safe, compliant operations and high-quality patient care.

The role requires current RN licensure, 2+ years of nursing experience (with at least 1 year in home health) and strong leadership, communication, and technology skills to support a collaborative, patient-centered team in a home-based care setting.

Competenze

• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
• Valid nursing license in current state or compact license.
• Minimum two years nursing experience within the last 36 months.
• Minimum one year home health experience.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local home care laws and guidelines.
• CPR certification.
• Valid state driver's license and auto liability insurance.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic technology.
• Preferred management experience.
• Preferred Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
