Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking an experienced nurse leader to supervise clinical and non-clinical services. You will manage operations, staff, and home health workflows to ensure high-quality patient care.

The role requires an RN license, CPR, and a minimum of two years in nursing within the last 36 months, with at least one year in home health. Strong technology skills and a willingness to work in-office are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
• Must maintain a valid clinical license as required, or a compact license per state rules.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience within the previous 36 months.
• Minimum of one year of experience in home health.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance required.
• Strong technology skills including MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• In-office attendance is essential for objective achievement.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
