Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Nurse Leader to supervise clinical and non-clinical services, manage operations, and lead site staff in delivering high-quality home health care. The role emphasizes strong nursing judgment, regulatory compliance, and team collaboration.

The position requires an active RN license, at least two years of recent nursing experience, and one year in home health. A driver’s license, CPR, and solid tech skills are essential for daily coordination.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
• Valid clinical license per state requirements, or compact license.
• Two years nursing experience in the last 36 months.
• One year home health experience.
• CPR certification maintained.
• Valid state driver license and automobile liability insurance.
• Basic technology skills including mobile devices.
• Preferred: management experience.
• Preferred: Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience.
• English/Spanish bilingual communication preferred.
