Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking an RN supervisor to oversee clinical and non-clinical services, ensuring compliant, high-quality care in a home health setting. The role emphasizes supervision of clinical operations, staff, and patient care coordination.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of nursing experience within the last 36 months and at least one year in home health, with strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
• Must hold and maintain a valid clinical nursing license as required by state law or compact license.
• Two years of nursing experience within the last 36 months.
• At least one year of home health experience.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local laws governing home health operations.
• CPR certification and valid state driver's license.
• Automobile liability insurance as required by law.
• Basic technology skills including MS Office.
• Preferred experience in management position.
• Preferred bilingual English/Spanish communication.
• In-office attendance is essential for non-remote positions.
