Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead clinical and non-clinical services across our home health operations. You will oversee clinical operations, staff, and office processes to ensure high-quality patient care.

The role requires RN licensure, CPR, and at least two years of nursing experience with at least one year in home health, plus strong regulatory knowledge and a commitment to teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

• Required graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
• Valid RN license per state requirements or compact license.
• Minimum two years of nursing experience within the past 36 months.
• Minimum one year of home health experience.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local laws governing home care operations.
• CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance.
• Basic technology skills, including mobile devices.
