Selectis Health in Quapaw, OK is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead the facility’s operations and ensure quality resident care. You will oversee nursing and support services, implement compliant policies, and direct staff across departments.

The role requires an active LNHA license, strong leadership, and a commitment to compassionate elder care in a regulatory environment. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current/active state Executive Director license.
• Organized and detailed in work performance.
• Good communication skills with excellent self-discipline and patience.
• Genuine caring for and interest in elderly and disabled people in a nursing facility.
• Comply with the Residents' Rights and Facility Policies and Procedures.
• Perform work tasks within the physical demand requirements as outlined above.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate and direct the facility’s programs and activities in conjunction with the facility’s operational budget and state and federal regulations.
• Lead the facility management staff and consultants in developing and working from a business plan that focuses on all aspects of facility operations.
• Monitor each department’s activities, communicate policies, evaluate performance, provide feedback and assist, observe, coach, and discipline as needed.
• Develop an environment that allows for creative thinking, problem solving, and empowerment in the development of a facility management team.
