Cimarron Pointe Care Center in Oklahoma is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our 5-Star team, fostering a positive workplace culture and delivering excellent resident care.

This role requires the Oklahoma LNHA license, strong leadership and communication skills, and a deep understanding of regulations governing long-term care. You will partner with departmental leaders to meet clinical, operational and financial goals.

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma Nursing Home Administrator license required.

• Understanding of state and federal regulations governing long-term care.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
• Long-term care leadership experience preferred.
