Senior Suites in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma seeks a qualified Nursing Home Administrator to lead all facets of the community, making key daily decisions and guiding all departments to deliver exceptional resident care and outcomes.

The Administrator will oversee policy implementation, operations, occupancy, and financial performance, while building strong internal and external relationships to support the facility’s success.

Qualifications

• Must hold current Nursing Home Administrator license.
• 2-5 years’ experience managing a skilled nursing facility.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; mature professional judgment.

Responsibilities

• Implement and interpret policies affecting community activities and personnel.
• Direct department heads to ensure policies and objectives are followed.
• Maintain occupancy and be responsible for financial outcomes.
• Supervise maintenance and protection of all physical assets.
• Build relationships inside and outside the facility.
