Medical Talent Pros is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to provide strategic and operational leadership at a Chickasha, OK facility.

The successful candidate will ensure regulatory compliance, drive quality improvement, manage finances, and foster staff engagement while maintaining resident-centered care in a 120-bed community.

Qualifications

• Oklahoma LNHA license in good standing is required.
• 3–5 years of LNHA experience in skilled nursing or long-term care.
• Proven success with survey readiness, census growth, and team development.
• Strong understanding of Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and daily management of facility operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Coach and develop department heads and staff for high performance.
• Oversee financial management, budgeting, census development, and costs.
• Foster relationships with residents, families, physicians, and community.
• Drive quality-improvement initiatives to enhance outcomes and satisfaction.
• Maintain open communication with ownership and regional leadership on metrics.
