The ideal candidate has 5+ years in healthcare management, including 3+ years in leadership within long-term care, and holds a Nursing Home Administrator license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in healthcare management with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a long-term care facility.
• Must hold a valid Nursing Home Administrator license.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all operations of the nursing home, including clinical, administrative, and facility management.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, caregivers, and administrative staff.
• Foster a positive workplace culture, promoting teamwork, professional development, and high standards of care.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care and monitor care plans for effectiveness.
• Stay current with state and federal regulations and oversee inspections and audits.
• Develop and manage the facility's budget and oversee billing and financial reporting.
• Represent the facility in the community and promote services and reputation.
