The successful candidate will manage budgets, staff development, and census-growth initiatives while upholding Ohio licensing standards and CMS regulations.

Qualifications

• Current, active Ohio LNHA license is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of successful LNHA experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Experience managing budgets, staffing, compliance, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrated success with state surveys and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all facility operations, clinical services, and administrative functions.
• Provide leadership and support to department heads and interdisciplinary teams.
• Foster a positive workplace culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and resident-centered care.
• Lead regulatory compliance activities, survey readiness, and quality initiatives.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and profitability objectives.
• Lead recruitment, development, and engagement of staff and leaders.
