  • Must hold a valid Nursing Home Administrator license.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; deep knowledge of healthcare regulations.

The Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a long-term care facility, ensuring the highest quality of care for residents while maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulations.
