Lionstone Healthcare is seeking an Administrator to oversee all facets of the facility's operations, including administrative, clinical, and financial functions. You will work with the Regional Director of Operations and department directors to ensure high-quality care and services for residents.

The role emphasizes leadership, policy implementation, and collaboration across teams to maintain compliance and improve outcomes in a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Public Health Admin or Business Admin or health-related degree preferred.
• Must hold a Nursing Home Administrator's license or meet state licensure requirements.
• Must understand English clearly.
• Ability to make timely independent decisions when warranted.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct facility programs and activities following Regional Director guidelines.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures governing facility operations.
• Assist directors in creating job descriptions and performance evaluations.
• Ensure staff, residents, visitors adhere to facility policies.
• Represent facility in top-level meetings and with external agencies.
• Oversee administrative, clinical, and financial operations to assure high-quality care.
