Job summary

Press Ganey is seeking a Nursing Strategy Consultant to help health systems and health plans translate data into actionable improvements that elevate patient and staff experiences.

You will lead data analyses, design processes, train teams on best practices, and manage engagements from scope to delivery while building trusted client relationships and driving measurable performance gains. Willingness to travel up to 75% nationwide is required.

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Experience designing systems and processes for nursing teams.
• Strong data analytics skills (Excel, Access, SQL, SAS).
• Consulting experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult with client stakeholders to respond to industry changes and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead data analyses, interpretation, and process design to identify and solve business problems.
• Prepare client deliverables including analyses, assessments, quality reviews, training, and presentations.
• Train teams on patient experience best practices and process improvements.
• Coordinate actions to ensure efficient completion of work and manage project scope.
