Job summary

The Kintock Group is seeking a Director of Nursing to oversee nursing services across multiple sites, including Newark, Bridgeton, and Philadelphia. Based in Ft.

Washington, PA with regular travel, this role partners with the Medical Director and Site Administrators to ensure safe, compliant patient care in non-hospital settings. The ideal candidate will bring an RN license, BSN preferred, 5–10 years of healthcare administrative leadership, and strong communication skills to drive policy

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in healthcare administration and supervision.
• Experience in correctional healthcare or regulated environments preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate nursing staff across sites.
• Schedule shifts and ensure adequate nurse coverage.
• Negotiate and manage medical vendor contracts.
• Attend managerial meetings and address patient complaints.
• Audit medical records and medication procedures.
• Track licensure and mandatory training.
• Develop and review policies and SOPs.
