Keta Medical Center in New York and New Jersey seeks an experienced Director of Nursing to lead nursing services across multiple clinics. This is a fully in-person, hands-on leadership role requiring hands-on shifts as needed to stay connected with workflows.

The Director will set nursing standards, oversee staffing, education, quality, and regulatory compliance; lead performance management, staff development, and patient safety; and travel regularly among locations to supervise operations.

Competenze

• BSN required; Master's degree preferred.
• Active, unrestricted RN license in NY or NJ; ability to obtain licensure in both states.
• 8+ years of progressive nursing leadership or management experience.

• Provide overall leadership for nursing across all locations.
• Establish and maintain nursing standards, policies, and clinical protocols with Medical Director.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, onboarding, retention, and workforce planning.
• Develop and maintain nursing performance management, coaching, and development.
• Lead nursing education, orientation, competency assessment, and professional development.
• Oversee nursing quality assurance, patient safety, documentation standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Regularly assess operations, staffing needs, and clinical standards across locations.
• Provide direct clinical coverage and periodic shifts to stay familiar with workflows.
