Keta Medical Center is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to provide organization-wide leadership and oversight of nursing services across our growing network of clinics.

The Director will establish and maintain consistent standards of nursing practice, patient safety, staffing, clinical quality, education, and nursing operations across all locations. This is a fully in-person leadership role, with periodic clinical shifts and regular travel between Keta locations to support operations.

Qualifications

• BSN required; master's degree preferred.
• Active RN license in NY or NJ; willingness to obtain dual licensure.
• 8+ years of progressive nursing leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership for nursing services across all locations.
• Establish nursing standards, policies, procedures, and clinical protocols with the Medical Director.
• Manage nursing staffing, scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, retention, and workforce planning.
• Develop and maintain nursing performance management, coaching, and development.
• Lead nursing education, orientation, competency assessment, and professional development.
• Oversee nursing quality assurance, patient safety, documentation standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Regularly assess operations, staffing needs, and clinical standards across locations.
• Provide direct clinical coverage when staff are unavailable and travel between sites.
