Job summary

Good Samaritan Ft Collins Village in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a Senior Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time, 36 hours per week. The role requires active CNA licensure and prior long-term care experience, with day shifts and a 12-hour schedule. A $3,000 sign-on bonus and weekend pay are offered.

Daily duties include resident-centered care, vital signs, hygiene, and documentation under RN supervision, with opportunities for advancement and education support.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred, but not required.
• Two years' clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing is required.
• Maintains yearly continuing education credits for each year.
• Restorative Nursing training may be required within 6 months.
• May be certified and registered with the UAP Registry where applicable.
• May be classified as a Sanford Driver depending on duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care under RN supervision.
• Assist with daily living activities and monitoring of vital signs.
• Document resident interactions and care outcomes clearly.
• Assist with transfers, mobility, and range of motion exercises.
• Contribute to meal service, dining experience, and cleanliness.
• Support wellness and recreational programs as needed.
