Good Samaritan in Mandan, ND is seeking a dedicated Senior Nursing Assistant (CNA) to care for residents in a 128-bed skilled nursing facility. You will perform daily living activities, monitor health needs, and support the nursing team under an RN supervisor.

The role requires an active CNA license, with prior long-term care experience preferred. Shift is 6:00 am – 2:30 pm on a full-time basis; excellent benefits and growth opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Must hold Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with transfers, mobility, and range of motion exercises under RN supervision.
• Document resident interactions, vitals, and care outcomes; communicate changes to charge nurse.
