Good Samaritan in Kearney, NE is seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our not-for-profit team at St. Luke’s Village.

This full-time role in a 60-bed long-term/post-acute care facility supports nursing staff under supervision of an RN and offers daily living assistance, safe transfers, and compassionate patient care. The position includes day shifts and a 40-hour work week with competitive hourly pay and a $7,500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN supervision.
• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and dining.
• Record and monitor vital signs and report changes to the charge nurse.
• Follow infection prevention policies and use PPE as required.
