Good Samaritan in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a Senior Nursing Assistant to provide skilled, resident-centered care during night shifts. You will work under the supervision of a registered nurse, assisting with daily living activities, vital signs, and basic care tasks to support in a long-term care setting.

The role requires an active CNA certification and a commitment to infection control, documentation, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Minimum age 16; two years' clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
• Required CNA certification with the State Board of Nursing.
• Annual competency testing and 12 hours CE per year.
• Restorative Nursing training within 6 months may be required.
• In applicable states, certified and registered with the UAP Registry.
• May require Sanford Category II Driver status and driving qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care under the supervision of an RN.
• Assist with daily living activities and vital signs.
• Support infection prevention policies and PPE use.
• Assist with transfers, mobility, meals, and documentation.
• Support wellness programs and resident engagement.
