You will document care, assist with meals, transfers, vital signs, and participate in restorative programs as needed; prior CNA certification and ongoing education are required.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Experience in long-term care and infection prevention is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN supervision.
• Document resident interactions and changes in condition; report to charge nurse.
