Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees clinical staff, schedules, and hours to meet patient/provider needs.
• Leads staff education and department-wide inservice sessions; ensures staff competency.
• Acts as clinical resource and mentor; leads staff meetings and quality improvement efforts.
• Manages staffing and budget planning; participates in annual budget formulation.
