Job summary

Qualifications
- RN license is required before hire.
- Diploma in Nursing is required.
- 5 years of nursing experience; leadership experience preferred.
- 2 years in a leadership/management role; more preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on clinical leadership for daily skilled nursing operations on the floor.
- Ensure CMS/state/federal regulatory compliance through audits and quality monitoring.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, coaching, and staff education.
- Manage resident admissions, discharges, and interdisciplinary coordination to support staff and outcomes.
