Job summary

Legacy Healthcare is seeking a Regional Clinical Nurse Consultant for the Chicagoland area (8 SNFs). The role collaborates with clinical leadership to identify centers needing regulatory interventions and leads teams to improve care delivery, satisfaction, and survey outcomes.

The position requires a Bachelor's in nursing and an active RN license, with preferred gerontological nursing training. Director of Nursing experience in skilled nursing facilities is required, regional nursing experience

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in nursing required; licensed RN.
Gerontological nursing training preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborates with Director of Clinical Services, Regional Director of Operations, Administrators, and Directors of Nursing within the Chicagoland region.
Identifies and monitors centers needing quality and regulatory interventions.
Leads center and regional operations personnel and clinical staff to improve care delivery, satisfaction, and survey results.
Works with local/state/federal agencies and external resources to facilitate clinical competency.
Fosters nursing leadership support network and spreads improvement initiatives.
